专利摘要:
1531684 Paint spray booth OTTO DURR (GREAT BRITAIN) Ltd 2 March 1977 08799/77 Heading B2L In a paint spray booth, e.g. for spraying car bodies 14, overspray passes through permeable floor 13, 16 to reservoir 20 wherein water from channels 21 runs down inclined planes 23, so that paint/water passes through conduit 24 to hit impingement member 25, said conduit and member being surrounded by a guard 27 which constrains paint/water to move downwardly to a first collecting means 26 therefor, whilst air from which paint has now been separated passes to collection space 35 for venting to atmosphere. Baffles 34 may be attached to reservoir 20 as shown, and baffles 31 having lips 32 may be attached to means 26, so that the air follows a tortuous path to enhance separation of paint and water droplets therefrom; liquid collected in means 26 exits via 33; air for the booth is introduced at 18 and filtered at 19; reservoir water is introduced at 22.

one
The invention relates to equipment for painting products by the method of spraying.
A known device for painting products by spraying, comprising a floor that is permeable to air, over which the products to be painted is transported, a suction chamber located under the flooring, inclined walls installed in it, with at least one taper at the bottom and channels for supplying water in the upper part; a chipper mounted opposite the outlet end of the gutter and a collection of water-paint mixture located under it 1.
In a known installation, the paint is trapped after contact of the mixture of water and paint with a bump. Secondary capture does not occur. In addition, in this installation, there is a release of relatively large quantities of sprayed paint into the atmosphere.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of trapping ink particles.
This goal is achieved by spraying a product, containing a floor permeable to air, over which the products to be painted are transported, a suction chamber located under it, inclined walls installed in it, with at least one trough narrowed to the exit and channels for supplying water 1 in the upper part, a bump stop mounted opposite the exit end of the gutter and a collection of water and paint mixture located under it, according to the invention, is enclosed vayupdim chute and a chipper, and the collector of a mixture of water and ink situated above the bottom of the suction chamber with a gap for the passage of clean air.
In this case, the bump is made in the form of a hollow cone, facing the base of the chute.
The collection of the mixture of water and paint and the inclined walls are provided with reflectors directed up and down respectively and forming a zigzag passage for air.
In addition, a collection of a mixture of water and paint is provided with a central tray, and the floor of the collection is inclined to this tray.
The drawing shows the proposed installation, the overall appearance.
The installation comprises a tunnel-type chamber 1, a flooring 2 mounted therein, which is air-permeable, under which the suction chamber 3 is located. The deck has an air-permeable compartment 4, which is made with a recess 5 for placing a conveyor (not shown) moving the painted articles 6, for example car bodies, equipped with manual or automatic control (not shown) on both sides along chamber 1 In the lid 1 of the chamber 1 there are several (only two shown) air inlets 8 for air, below which an air filter 9 is installed. And and channels 12. The entire length of the chamber 1 is evenly spaced several loshob 11 (the drawing shows only one). In the cross section, the trough is rectangular or round. Instead of several grooves, one can be made that runs along the entire length of chamber 1.
The chute is made tapering towards the exit. Under the chute opposite its outlet end is installed a bump 13 in the form of a hollow cone, plate or arcuate element. The chute And and the bump 13 encompass the enclosing element 14. A collection 15 of a mixture of water and paint with a central tray 16 is located above the bottom of the chamber 3 of the suction. At the end of the tray 16 there is a drain opening 17. The collection 15 and the inclined walls 10 are provided with reflectors 18 and 19, forming zigzag passage for air. At the upper end of each reflector 18, a downwardly directed visor 20 is provided. A pipe 21 is connected to the lower part of the suction chamber to allow purified air to enter the atmosphere. Pipeline 21 may be connected to the fan (not shown).
The installation works as follows.
When coating the products 6, the air entering the chamber 1 through the holes 8 passes around the products and, during its movement, captures particles of paint and evaporation, which are dangerous for the workers in the chamber. Thus, the air containing the paint passes through the flooring 2 and the compartment 4 into the suction chamber 3. During operation, water flows through channels 12, which flows through the inclined walls 10 into the chute 11. The air containing paint, the passage through the floor 2 and the compartment 4, is mixed with water flowing through the inclined walls 10, and
The outlet from the chute And hit the baffle 13. In this case, partly the water and paint will be caught in the baffle 13 and, overflowing through its edges, be sent to 5 collection 15. The distance between the chute and the baffle can be adjusted.
Part of the water and paint that did not fall on the bump, due to the presence of the enclosing element 14, is sent to collection 15.
10 Thus, the air is cleared of paint. Then the air passes between the reflectors 18 and 19, while the particles of paint and water hit the reflectors and fall down into the collector 15. Thus, in
5, the lower part of chamber 3 is exposed to clean air, which is discharged through conduit 21.
The proposed installation is reliable in operation and provides high quality air cleaning.
